qolcom delivered a UK wide secure wireless network to a leading established law firm with ten offices nationwide and more than 400 employees.

Like many legal firms, our client needed to overcome communication challenges raised by the limitations of using IT in courtrooms. Recently, tablet PCs – without keypads and ringtones – have become attractive for making notes, reviewing case files and maintaining urgent communication with the office between hearings.

The goal of this wireless network was to provide secure access to network resources for all legal staff from any location along with providing wireless guest access for clients in meeting rooms across one wireless infrastructure. Now any partner can obtain secure wireless access to corporate data from any of the firm’s offices.

Additionally, clients are provided with a value added service of being able to stay in contact with the office whilst meeting with partners.
