Software support
Each vendor provides software upgrades and bug fixes in slightly different ways. qolcom support services consolidate all software upgrades and bug fixes and offer them to customers as they become available. These can be supplied to each customer in either soft or hard format and engineering assistance is offered to perform any required software upgrades or bug fixes.
As part of qolcom software support services access to the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) is provided for configuration & technical support.
