Once the design team have taken the client’s brief and carried out any required survey of the existing infrastructures, a complete design solution is compiled along with a component level configuration. Following client discussions and acceptance, our Integration team then use every tool available, including pre-staging, prototyping and proof of concept to anticipate, solve and address problems and issues prior to deployment on site.

Experience has shown this process to be invaluable, customer representatives can attend the staging process in order to familiarise themselves with the product and test the system configuration in a safe environment prior to final implementation on site.

The pre staging process having been completed off site, allows the process of final site implementation to be carried out in the knowledge that much of the configuration works is already completed therefore optimizing the time available in what may be a hectic environment, with the hardware having been previously staged and tested the risk of DOA (dead on arrival) and delivery shortages are eliminated. This process is essential in the deployment of systems that must be integrated into existing infrastructures.
