At qolcom we believe that the project manager is an essential element in the successful delivery of any Implementation and is therefore involved from the outset of the project. The project manager is the individual responsible for delivering the project through leading and managing the integration team, with the authority and responsibility to run the project on a day-to-day basis.

The qolcom integration team constantly strives to deploy communications solutions to plan – delivering the agreed functionality on time and on budget.

We are highly flexible in the way we work, generally complementing the customer’s in-house skills and expertise to create a complete and coherent integration team. Our project managers have worked in the IT infrastructure business for many years and have controlled some major deployments and are used to responding fluidly to the inevitable and unavoidable changes that occur as a part of every large project. They know how to mitigate risk and minimise the impact of a deployment on existing business processes.

From the very outset of the project, it is essential that the project manager is involved even through the initial design phase to ensure a complete understanding of the customer requirement enabling an integration team to be selected that best suits the individual project goals.

By working closely with customers and their representatives, designers and installers the project manager will have a full understanding of the project deliverables and be best placed to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget.
